Goods purchased on fixthebog can be returned within 14 working days of receipt, with the exception of certain products, ie. Perishable or bespoke goods (please check with our Customer Service department before return). Our customer service department must be advised within 14 working days of your receipt of the goods if you wish to return them. Returned goods will not be accepted if they have been used. Opening the packaging constitutes use of that item. Goods must be returned in the same condition as prior to purchase. Please be advised goods must be returned immediately after notification at your own expense in adequate packaging to ensure they reach us in a re-saleable condition.
