The original ROCA hinge caps are made of plastic but these improved Chrome on Brass Hinge caps allow a DIY fix of the Toilet Seat at a much lower cost. There is no need for a Plumber to carry out this task, as the DIY repair the seat using only a screwdriver and a hex key ( provided )
